1. Acceptance
These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of GWATCH concerning your use of gwatchtv.com, its catalog, player, creator tools, communications and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Creator Terms and Copyright & Takedown Policy form part of these Terms.
2. The GWATCH platform
GWATCH is an independently presented online video-hosting, content-discovery and creator-publishing platform. It may provide streaming, catalog, account, upload, advertising, moderation and communication features. Public GWATCH access is not dependent on joining a rewards service.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you act for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may use GWATCH only for lawful viewing, discovery, publishing and available platform features. You may not attack or disrupt the service, bypass security, introduce malware, impersonate others, manipulate views or reward events, commit fraud, evade enforcement, violate privacy, or infringe intellectual-property or other legal rights.
5. Creator content and responsibility
Creators may upload only content they own or are authorized to distribute. By uploading, a creator represents and warrants that all necessary copyrights, licenses, permissions, releases and consents have been obtained for the video, audio, music, artwork, thumbnails, names, likenesses, performances and every other submitted element.
The creator remains responsible for uploaded content and claims arising from it. Giving credit, writing “CTTO,” naming an owner or stating that no infringement is intended does not create permission. GWATCH does not endorse Creator Content and is not required to pre-screen every upload. GWATCH may request proof of rights at any time.
6. License granted to GWATCH
While content is submitted to or hosted on GWATCH, the creator grants GWATCH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, encode, transcode, technically reproduce, display, distribute, communicate, stream and promote it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service. Reasonable backup and technical wind-down copies may remain temporarily after removal.
7. Review, moderation and enforcement
GWATCH may review, label, limit, demonetize, unpublish, remove or preserve content, and may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or third parties, respond to credible reports, comply with law or legal process, address apparent infringement, or protect platform security and integrity.
Where appropriate, GWATCH may notify an uploader and allow supporting documents or a response. No user is entitled to permanent hosting, distribution, monetization or placement.
8. Copyright reports
A rights owner or authorized representative may report allegedly infringing content through the Copyright & Takedown Policy or by emailing copyright@gwatchtv.com. A complete, credible report is the normal basis for review. GWATCH may also act without a user report when it has actual knowledge, receives a valid court or government order, observes an apparent violation, identifies repeat infringement, or finds another breach of these Terms.
9. Optional ANREWAX connection
ANREWAX is a separate, optional third-party digital-engagement and rewards service. Connecting an ANREWAX account is not required to browse or watch public GWATCH content. If a user chooses to connect, limited identifiers, session information and eligible viewing events may be sent to ANREWAX for authentication, verification, fraud prevention and reward administration under the applicable privacy notices and ANREWAX terms.
GWATCH does not issue, guarantee or control ANREWAX balances, withdrawals, activation codes, referrals, eligibility decisions or reward availability. A title appearing on GWATCH is not automatically reward-eligible. GWATCH and ANREWAX may have a common operator or shared infrastructure, but each service has separate functions, rules and disclosures. This GWATCH document does not amend ANREWAX terms.
10. Advertising and third-party services
GWATCH may display advertising or link to third-party sites and services. Those third parties control their own content, availability, data practices and transactions. Your interaction with them may be governed by separate terms. GWATCH does not guarantee the accuracy, safety or availability of third-party services.
11. Availability and changes
GWATCH may add, modify, restrict or discontinue features, titles or access routes for maintenance, security, rights limitations or legal compliance. Catalog availability and compatibility may vary by account, device, location and time and are not guaranteed.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, GWATCH is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, GWATCH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service or third-party content.
13. Suspension and termination
GWATCH may suspend access, remove content or terminate accounts for material or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, legal requirements or conduct that creates risk to the service or others. Terms concerning ownership, licenses already exercised, records, disclaimers and liability may survive where applicable.
14. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. GWATCH may update these Terms prospectively and will publish the effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance to the extent permitted by law. Applicable mandatory law and valid legal process remain controlling.
